Bright color, delicate citrus aromas on a background of earthy aromas with hints of native oregano. The palate is as expressive as the nose. Typically crisp with zesty acidity, volume, structure, minerality and a salty sensation at the finish.

Method of Production:
Skin contact at low temperature. Vinification in stainless steel vats using selected yeasts at temperatures between 16 – 18°C. Aging on its lees with periodical stirring of its lees, a process that improves even more the character of Assyrtiko.
