Bright, vivid color , floral scents and fruity aromas on the nose. Finesse and structure on the palate. Long and fruity aftertaste.

Vineyard altitude: 150 – 200 m.
Soil: sandy clay
Organic farming

Vinification
Each variety is vinified separately. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, using selected yeasts at a temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius. Blending and ageing on the lees for 3 months with periodic stirring.
