Bright color . Complex nose with characteristic citrus aromas, white-fleshed fruit, acacia flowers, chamomile, hazelnut, toasted bread and white pepper . Balanced on the palate with complexity and character . Long aftertaste.

Vineyard altitude: 100 – 150 m.

Vinification
Skin contact at low temperature and classic vinification process for the white varieties, Malagouzia and Assyrtiko, “blanc de noir” vinification process for the red one, Limnio,
in stainless steel vats, using selected yeasts at low temperature. The final blend aged on its lees with periodic stirring in new French oak barrels for 9 months.
