Deep purple color. Complex nose with concentrated aromas of black fruits, cedar and tobacco. Rich and balanced on the palate with well-structured tannins, excellent bouquet and intense long-lasting aftertaste.
:150 – 300 m.
Method of Production:
Classic red vinification process with the use of selected yeasts in controlled temperatures. Long lasting extractions: >15 days. Aging in French oak barrels, mostly new, for 24 months and then in bottles for more than two years in underground cellars.
Hunt meat, red meat and spicy sauces.
At 16 – 18° C.
