Limnio, the oldest recorded red grape variety, was revived in the late ‘60s at Domaine Porto Carras, the biggest organic vineyard of Greece.

Vinification
Classic vinification process for red wines in controlled temperatures. Ageing in French oak barrels for 12 months.
