Pale rosé color . Sweet aromas of red fruits and floral scents.

Organic farming

Vinification
Short maceration process at low temperature. Vinification in stainless steel tank, using selected yeasts at a temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius. The wine remains with the less for a few months with periodic stirring.
