long-lasting aftertaste. A wine with exceptional
aging potential.

Vinification
Classic red vinification method using selected yeasts at
controlled temperatures. Aged in predominantly new
French oak barrels for 24 months, then further aged in
bottles for over two years in the cellars of the winery
