25% Cabernet Franc

Organoleptic Characteristics
Soft rosé color. Sweet aromas of red fruits with floral
notes. Excellent balance in taste, creamy finish, and
long, pleasant aftertaste.

Viticultural Characteristics
Harvested from 5 different vineyard plots.
Vineyard altitude: 100-250m
Soil: Sandy-clay
Organic cultivation

Vinification
Short maceration method at low temperatures. Alcoholic
fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16-18°C.
The wine remains on its fine lees for some months with
periodic stirring.

chicken, sauces with mango,
