Organoleptic Analysis: Dark deep purple color. Intense aromas of ripe black fruit, chocolate and leather with hints of smoke. Elegance in the palate, with satiny tannins and a harmonious spicy finish with excellent balance.

Method of Production:
Classic red vinification process with the use of selected yeasts in controlled temperatures. Aging in French oak barrels, mostly new, for 12 months. AF in stainless steel tank with the use of selected yeasts in controlled temperatures. MLF in stainless steel tank with the use of selected bacteria in controlled temperatures.
Hunt meat, beef steak and dark chocolate desserts
At 16 – 18° C.
